INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
 *2 Pre-made ì«„ë©´ Noodles
 *2 handful of Bean Sprouts
 *1/3 Cucumber
 *1/3 Carrot
 *2 tbsp 고추장 (Hot Pepper/Chile Paste
 *2 tbsp Vinegar
 *1 tbsp White Sugar
 *1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
 *1/2 tbsp Minced Green Onion
 *1 tsp of Sesame Oil
 *2 Pinches Sesame
 *1 tsp of Lemon Juice



Prepare a boiling water and add the bean sprouts.
Leave it in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove immidiately and rise in cold water.
Prepare the cucumber and carrots!
We are Julienne-ing them!  

WATCH YOUR FINGERS!
Once prepared, set them aside
Prepare a boiling water
Add the pre-made ì«„ë©´ noodles to the boiling water
stir gently and wait until the water comes to boil again.
drain and watch the noodle in cold water.
This part can vary depending on your taste.
add the Vinegar, White Sugar, Minced Garlic,
 Minced Green Onion, Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice
and mix it thoroughly
Mix the paste, noodle, and bean sprouts together
Once mixed, serve it to a bowl
Decorate it with the carrots, cucumbers and sesame.
