Hey Junesoo!! Okay, from what your dad's telling me. it could be TWO things... FIRST! your monitor is bit old. i don't know if it has ability to run in the refresh rate that video card output.. one way is to test it on one of the newer monitor. SECOND! it would be the video-card that's faulty. easy solution to that would be just picking up a new video-card and trying it out. If you want, you can try swaping video-card out of your old PC to the DELL one. I can help too :)
